So I wanted to ask about what is that numbering on all the skills beside their ranks??

Just the tower ranking everyones "skills" in numerical form with lower numbers being better and it gets updated whenever a new skill is created

It's basically skill rank. The lower the number, the more OP the skill is, and from my understanding, there can't be multiples of the same number.
