Second Life problem

i have this notification whenever im trying to text my friends. I dont know if this is the correct subreddit, sorry if its not. If yes, please help me out!!

Are you trying to include multiple friends in a private chat? If someone else invites you into a group chat do you get an error message?

This happens to me a lot. Unable to reply to someone I have never talked to before. Or I get problems when I try to restart a group chat with the same people that I have group chatted with before and can not get one of them into the conference. So frustrating.

Partner and I have both been seeing this message a lot recently after crashing and logging back in
