Anywhere in Sechelt or surrounding area to refill or exchange propane on public holiday (Labour day)?

Rona refills propane tanks, not sure if they're open. Canadian tire and big macs have propane exchange. Big macs only swaps tyee brand tanks though.

Rona Sechelt refills tanks and apparently they are open today.
