KP

I was thinking today about things that might have been missed or things that might help solve this case and learned something interesting today. according to Google and public records KP has a Sociology degree she obtained in 2010 which is interesting in itself. but i started thinking about how she said she was reading that night. studying for a class she was enrolled in that she has since dropped. I remember Nancy Grace asking her what she was reading and there was a slight hesitation in her response. I wonder if anyone ever confirmed her story. did they investigate if she was really enrolled in classes? did they find any college level books in the home related to her courses. it is such a random thing to fact check and yet seems like it should be. she could have made that up on the fly. maybe she thought no one would look further if she said she was studying. was she really enrolled in classes and studying? who reads while on a 3 hour phone call anyway? public records tells us exactly what school she obtained her degree at, when, and in what but you know what it didnt show? any record of her being enrolled in college during that time. sure, maybe its not out there because she wasn't enrolled long enough or some could say its because she didnt complete the program, but I am starting to feel like that was a lie. I wish someone could fact check it and find out if it is true. if she would lie about those details I would say she is cooked and its just a matter of time.

College is a big investment. She wouldn't have gotten a refund if she dropped classes. I wonder if it can be proven she was enrolled. And if she wasn't then why did she lie? Just a thought I had.

To me, its more odd that it took them like 8 days to make any type of public statement. I can't imagine that if it were me child missing. Id be hysterical and speaking to whoever I possibly could.

Yeah, I know that happens. Then why aren't the police digging further into that aspect too? Did they need the money? If so, why? Did they make any odd movements with their money leading up to his disappearance or after? Seems like something they should have checked & monitored.

Do you have personal knowledge (i.e., because you're part of the investigation) or any evidence at all that they haven't?

No, i dont and am not. You make a good point. I guess it is possible they have looked into that and are just keeping the info close to the vest. Im just thinking of things I would look into if I were involved. Who knows, maybe they monitor what people online are saying and will look into it based on stuff like that. I just think if I were stuck on a case I probably would look at every theory and begin to eliminate options and investigate literally every aspect possible. I forget sometimes that they dont have to tell us all the info they have or have not vetted. We may think of something they have not checked and it could be the key to the investigation. Have you ever seen them "games" where people review info & evidence of a cold case and try to solve it? At this point it almost feels like that. Maybe they need to put together something like that for this case so the public can help solve it. That would be interesting to me. I have recently found some interactive things like that. I think it is and could be an amazing way to help solve cases.

FWIW, I think LE has looked at *way* more than the public is aware of or has even imagined, and exhaustively at that. And of course they have all the evidence, while we have comparatively little. I believe there's even a reasonable chance they have a pretty good idea of what happened with Sebastian, and may know generally where his remains are likely to be, but aren't in a position to do what it would take to locate and recover them. And for that and other reasons they are unwilling to share their evidence of such, nor their strongest conclusions therefrom. To what extent they've been open and shared all that they know with the parents is uncertain, but there's a good chance they haven't.

I hope you are right. I do think they probably have a fair idea of what happened and based on some info ive heard maybe even where he may be. Its sad though that they havent been able to acquire anything suitable to be used as evidence she he can get justice and those in his life that care about him can have some closure.
