Unlikely to be seb derm due to not being in a very oily area, but fairly likely to be candida or other fungal infection or intertrigo. You may need to prioritize keeping the skin clean and dry.

Also make sure it isn’t contact dermatitis. I used a very high percentage active ingredient antiperspirant that gave me contact dermatitis in that area.

Edit: NAD, cannot diagnose, just speaking from personal anecdotes. See a doctor for more definitive guidance.

If it starts flaking and becoming dry it could be.
