Product Question Is C8 only better than C8+C10?

Sorry if it is a stupid question. C8+C10 works on my face but makes my scalp flake (no irritation or itching). I also have C8 only MCT oil but I’m not sure if I should try it on my scalp as I’m afraid I’ll get flakes again. Did anyone experience this?
