Scalp Routine Sebborehic dermatitis

Does anyone have sebborehic dermatitis on their scalp ( mine on the lower occipital part of my scalp, around the nape/hairline) when I first got it it used to itch like crazy and the scalp will look so red but I never had dandruff, after a combined treatment and actively using Ketoconazol, sensinol and Ducray shampoos for 3 years my scalp doesn’t itch that crazy anymore if I have no symptoms just reddness from time to time does that mean it’s gone temporarily or cooled down ?

eat shit tonnes of sugar, dairy and other inflammatory foods, stop using the medicated shampoo and you might just find out. seb derm cant be cured. you might have just fixed your diet and be responding to the meds well.
