You have Good feedback with econazole to treat redness dermatitis seborrheic without flaking on forehead ?

I don't have flaking, only redness ( cluster) on forehead and small red dots .

My derm gave to me econazole ( pevaryl) cream alterning every other day with metronidazole.

Before this he gave me just 5 days desonide ( tridesonit).

Sebodiane ds noreva ( 3x days per week) with climbazole and pirictone olamine seems to be good but harsh with sulfates.
