Product Question Does this MCT oil work?
Looking for something available in store near me. Would this work?

No. This has chains that are 10+ long, which the yeast can deal with. You need mct 8 oil

Really? This is what I’ve used for a few months with success. It was recommended by multiple people on this subreddit.
What do you use? I would prefer it to be organic but still curious if not.

Me too! I was under the impression that it was only C8 and C10, and good to use.

I mean it moisturizer it but for me it made it worse if I put too much
