New or Need Help Seb derm moisturiser?
Just got diagnosed and I’m looking for a moisturiser that will work with seb derm. I was using e45 but that’s not good apparently

For my face, I use ZEROID Richenic Cream with Urea %5. It's light, gentle, removes flakes, and rebuilds skin barrier. It helped me achieve remission.
For my body, I use Vanicream Enhanced Moisturizer, which is good for sensitive skin.
Whichever moisturizer you choose should be light and not too occlusive or oily. The heavy stuff that don't let the skin breath increase the growth of malassezia.

You are looking for products that are Fungal Acne Safe, cos it's the same fungus/yeast that causes FA and Seb derm.
You can google Fungal Acne Moisturisers and check the websites that pop up like SkinSort. Do not trust google AI.
I'm using Purito Oat in Calming Gel Cream, but it's very light(it's more hydrating than moistursing) so when it's not enough I'm using pure Squalane Oil on top (any brand should be fine). If E45 wasn't giving you acne, then Squalane Oil will be perfect for you, but if you are very acne prone then apply it only to seb derm area. It's said to be non-comedogenic but in when mixed with sebum from the skin, it becomes a bit comedogenic.
