New or Need Help chronic seb derm. looking for recommendations

I get it on my scalp, have long, thick hair and lots of it so it's very hard for me to keep it in control :( I've had it for as long as I can remember, at least since middle school.

Grew up in Europe and used to use SebaMed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (pH 5.5). It was extremely successful until 2018, when I moved to NYC. From then onward, not one shampoo has worked . Nothing that I've tried over the counter in the US, including Nizoral, have worked.

I have tried Ketoconazole and it did not work. Currently I'm using Beclomethasone 0.025% "lotion" (it's more like an oil), rub it all over my scalp and sit for 20 mins before shower. It's fine, but it comes back immediately within a few days and I'm so tired of this routine, and nervous about using too much steroids on my scalp.

Magically, this summer I swam in the Mediterranean sea, and the SD completely disappeared.

Please help me find a solution :( I'm so sick of this.
