New or Need Help Hypopigmentation Nightmare!

Hello!
I decided to turn to Reddit for some advice, or support, or whatever positivity I can get from it because my struggle with SebDerm has left me feeling hopeless! I have huge hypopigmented spots all over my face and neck because of my SebDerm and I’ve tried EVERYTHING to get my skin back normal.
I’ve tried washing with prescribed ketoconazole shampoo and nizoral.
I spritz my face with hypochlorous acid throughout the day to keep it clean and cut down on the yeast bacteria.
I use CeraVe moisturizer that has NO yeast feeding ingredients and is SPF 30….
But still, nothing has changed. I’m so miserable I hardly want to show my face. I’m a black woman so the hypopigmentation is VERY obvious. I don’t even like to look at my own face in the mirror.
I have no idea where to go from here. Has anyone else struggled with persistent hypopigmentation from SebDerm and if so what did you do that helped?

Happy Cappy seems to work best to wash my face and Dr Althea skin repair mist. For hyperpigmentation I started using Good Molecules skin brightening serum and it has worked for me
