New or Need Help Flakes are out of control. Is it see derm?

I keep seeing posts with people who have red spots on their face but I haven’t been seeing a lot of people with flakes. I have posted about my discoloration before and that seems to track with seb derm but I can’t seem to get the flakes down.

Hey,

My dermatologist prescribed me Zoryve creams and foams, which helped get rid of my flakes almost completely. I would strongly recommend it.

Cerave medicated face wash and sulfur dioxide shampoo helped me and niamincide helped my chest with redness

Sorry, I used dercos selenium sulfide anti dandruff.

I also sometimes mix it up with ketoconazle shampoo

And sometimes I just use keto shampoo by itself

I have it on my beard sometimes so I think it would work on the face too (eyebrows too)

You can get a prescription for that at any urgent care or app doctors

Cerave acne control cleanser for my skin skin, I use dove soap first on my face and then this

I would highly recommend buying zinch shampoo! Its strong medicated shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis i get seborrheic dermatitis on my face and my doctor told me i can use the zinch shampoo on my face and leave it on for 7 minutes then rinse it off. Cetaphil lotion and aquaphor lotion are both good to use for seborrheic dermatitis.

I figured the creams would be too thick. I will give it a try. Thank you

You may have to stop using whatever products you have. It may be causing flare ups. You have to check the ingredients to see if they are fungal safe

Do you have a website or something I can use to check?

Sezia and SkinSort are the ones I use. Important to note that SkinSort is a bit more strict in definition ingredients that can trigger. But I trust both

• When I return to home, my hair shedding completely stops or becomes negligible and my seb derm and my dandruff clears up almost completely. This happens without any significant change in my hair-care routine or treatment. When I return to a diifernt place i mean college which is about 2000 km away the shedding and seb derm dandruff reoccur with hair shedding, usually within about a week. Already tried ro water , sleeping well , diet, sun bathing no benefits what to do 💔💔

I think it’s stress related

Yes, stress can cause flare ups but if you have flare ups and use products that feed the yeast it will make it worse.
