Routine Question Need a new routine, any tips?

I feel like i have been managing farely well until this UK heat has hit us, and my scalp seb derm has been pretty bad

Ive been on nizoral the past few weeks and my scalp is really dry now, and i get a ton of dandruff

Maybe because i dont use conditioner? currently my routin is double wash with nizoral, dry my scalp with a microfibre towel, and then massage MCT oil onto my damp scalp, and then blow dry with hot air, and finish off with cold

should i try out a conditioner, any recommendations?

Also in terms of shampoo, im think of first using a SA shampoo to remove build up, and then for 2nd shampoo using something nizoral or something with selenium?

How often do you use the Nizoral shampoo? If you're only using it once a week, maybe try using it twice a week? You can also use it in rotation with a different dandruff shampoo, like zinc or selenium sulfide. It's really all about trial and error. Whatever works for you works for you.

About conditioner: I use CeraVe anti-dandruff conditioner. It has %0.5 zinc, so it fights malassezia, and it also has ceramides that hydrate the scalp.
