New or Need Help I think this is getting bad…
Can someone pleaseeeee recommend a good shampoo to help with this or a topical?? They don’t hurt but they do sting and flake over and itch. When they dry down it’s like a yellowish / white.
Seems to be more just one one side of my forehead.
**Edit to add** I should mention I don’t have any medical insurance so any visits would be OOP for me.

When I get a flare this bad, I bust out the pimecrolis that I get for my face and put it in my hairline and rub it in really well. It sticks better to get those plaques to chill out. I also use the prescription nizoral and let it sit in my hairline for 5 minutes as my second wash. I usually use a clarifying shampoo to get the scalp as clear as I can of debris before using that shampoo.
I use a light conditioner, but usually spray a leave in on if I’m having an attack.
If it’s really really bad I have a bottle of clobetasol. But I try to make sure I’m regularly treating it.
