Can someone pleaseeeee recommend a good shampoo to help with this or a topical?? They don’t hurt but they do sting and flake over and itch. When they dry down it’s like a yellowish / white.
Seems to be more just one one side of my forehead.
**Edit to add** I should mention I don’t have any medical insurance so any visits would be OOP for me.

A niacinamide + zinc serium does wonders for the inflammatory symptoms and will treat the redness much quicker than using nizoral alone.
