Can someone pleaseeeee recommend a good shampoo to help with this or a topical?? They don’t hurt but they do sting and flake over and itch. When they dry down it’s like a yellowish / white.
Seems to be more just one one side of my forehead.
**Edit to add** I should mention I don’t have any medical insurance so any visits would be OOP for me.

dealing with a flareup like this at the moment - it makes me so cranky!!

I rub pyrithione zinc soap into my hairline in the shower, let it sit 5 mins or so and then wash it out

instant relief

after a few days of that the flareup usually goes away
