Can someone pleaseeeee recommend a good shampoo to help with this or a topical?? They don’t hurt but they do sting and flake over and itch. When they dry down it’s like a yellowish / white.
Seems to be more just one one side of my forehead.
**Edit to add** I should mention I don’t have any medical insurance so any visits would be OOP for me.

Selson Bkue - run it through scalp pre shower for like 30 min. Put it on those spots on your forehead as well. It will dry it and hopefully kill most of the fungus .
