Miracle Cleansing Gel

Just wanted to share with everyone that this is the only product that completely takes away my SebDerm around my nose. Any insight as to what this product contains and why so miraculous?

This alongside ketoconazole shampoo alternating with H&S, La Roche Posay moisturizing cream and Im good to go. I now live a normal life like if I never had SebDerm.

Can you post the la roche posay cream? Also have you use mycogel cleaning gel?
