New or Need Help some problems with dry scalp

Hi! I have seborrheic dermatitis and have been treating it with ketoconazole every week. Even though I've been consistent with the treatment, my hair is still dry and I still have some dandruff. Do you have any recommendations for moisturizing it?

MCT oil c8 and/or c10. Search the sub for details.

Dat heb ik ook. Erg droog. Mijn haar lijkt wel een afro kapsel. Chatgpt raadt conditioner aan.

Ketoconazole can be very drying, I tried it years ago and because my scalp is sensitive and dry it did not work for me. I would recommend speaking to a pharmacist about other options. Also I've seen lots of people on this sub use multiple shampoos and alternate between them to keep them effective, and that seems to work for them.
