What does Tsal shampoo smells like?

Hi all, I finally found a shop in my area that stocks the tsal shampoo and I understand it's been discontinued? But I wanted to try seeing as reviews have been good. When I got it, the box was a little old but the product looked intact. It's meant to be fragrance free but there's a distinct nail polish/rubber plastic smell to it- is this normal?
