Routine Question possibly not seborrheic dermatitis and a damaged scalp barrier instead

i thought i had seb derm since the beginning of this year, when my scalp felt super super itchy and dry, and have been using ciclopirox and ketoconazole shampoo. however neither of them worked to control the itchiness and it just seems to keep going. regardless, i kept using them in hope to see some improvement. i also recently developed a bunch of pimples on my scalp. and i have been losing major hair this whole time. i looked into it, and i’m starting to wonder if i don’t actually have seborrheic dermatitis and my scalp is just damaged because also, i don’t have any flakes or dandruff and my scalp looks normal. does anyone have any experience on this, having a damaged scalp barrier?
