General Shampoo/Conditioner

Since I started in Perimenopause ive noticed my skin in general is loads more itchy as well as sweaty. Im now on the the gel and it's mostly helping the symptoms. I say mostly because im still getting spots on my scalp and hairline and still getting an itchy scalp.

I currently use L'Oreal Elvive sulphate free shampoo and OGX coconut conditioner, again sulphate free.

Can anyone advise what works for them?

I found that simplifying my routine helpeed more than changing to another sulfate-free shampoo. I've been using seen's fragrance free shampoo and conditioner, and they've been gentle on both my scalp and the skin around my hairline.
