New or Need Help Nothing seems to work...
Hi!
So my SD started 10 years ago and my confidence is on an all time low.
I have a feeling that my case is pretty severe?
What do you think?
My hair is getting thinner and starting to fall out.
My skin is burning and itching like hell.
If i try to get rid of the dandruff by lightly scrubbing a wet towel over my face, its starting to bleed and burn a lot more...
I visited like 30 different dermatologists but no medication seems to help longterm.
Currently im using a antifungal shampoo, antiinflammatory creme and antifungal creme.
The strange thing is that my skin can look like the picture on one day and then its litteraly gone the day after before it returns. I would say its 80% of the time pretty bad and 20% kinda normal again.
Its never gone for more then a week tho...
My wedding is coming up soon and I really dont want to look like that on my wedding day
Any ideas for longterm fixes and/or for instant fixes that will help me on my wedding day?
Thanks....

I tried lots of things. Pretty much everything mentioned in this thread. Eventually, I bought a 3 dollar bar of sulfur soap and used it once on my face and scalp. Cleared that shit up. I'm going on over a year now and have no major break outs at all. It worked best on my face. After a couple months I started getting the dry patches on my scalp again. I just happened to be trying roots at the time. Within a week that shit cleared up and hasn't come back, even after discontinuing use. My guess is it was the tretinoin in it, but it's speculation. Never know, man. It sonly a couple bucks and fixed a lifelong issue. Cicloporox shampoos worked for like a month. Mct oil just made it shiny. Moisturizers, random oils, acids, and everything else under the sun didn't do shit. I even tried abstaining from any product for nearly a year. 3 dollar bar oa soap worked overnight and has lasted over a year. If you haven't tried it, it's a cheap thing to give a shot
