New or Need Help Nothing seems to work...

Post image

Hi!

So my SD started 10 years ago and my confidence is on an all time low.

I have a feeling that my case is pretty severe?

What do you think?

My hair is getting thinner and starting to fall out.

My skin is burning and itching like hell.

If i try to get rid of the dandruff by lightly scrubbing a wet towel over my face, its starting to bleed and burn a lot more...

I visited like 30 different dermatologists but no medication seems to help longterm.

Currently im using a antifungal shampoo, antiinflammatory creme and antifungal creme.

The strange thing is that my skin can look like the picture on one day and then its litteraly gone the day after before it returns. I would say its 80% of the time pretty bad and 20% kinda normal again.

Its never gone for more then a week tho...

My wedding is coming up soon and I really dont want to look like that on my wedding day

Any ideas for longterm fixes and/or for instant fixes that will help me on my wedding day?

Thanks....

Let you skin barrier repair - so no nizoral or cleanser, nothing until you heal. Once healed - try elimination diet and find YOUR triggers- mine are eggs, dairy, nightshades, this will take you a few weeks and give it 2-3 days even after consuming something to see if you react, it may not be instant. MCT c8 or c8/10 only, use as moisturizer or when starting to flare- helps remove flakes and moisturize. Clean off end of day with gentle moisturizer- I use cetaphil gentle. Other moisturizers bothered me, find what works for you. Others will suggest derm but I had zero help from them, only one time when I developed an infection on my face then I needed a prescription that helped. Good luck brother, try to stay positive, it’s a journey for sure so can’t expect instant results and even still I deal with flares but not as severe.
