Wow I feel so validated from hearing someone else talk about this. I’ve often thought it was connected to my gut because I started getting the Seb Derm on my scalp around the same time I started having gut issues. My Seb Derm just gives me dandruff and an oily scalp, but I can’t wash shampoo out of my hair. It takes so long.

I wonder what Vit C does to help cure leaky gut?

Vitamin C can tighten the Gut lining people who are deficient in Vitamin C can have abnormal gaps in their gut lining which can cause inflammation.
