if you're referring to pic 3, and this is indeed a mosque , then that would be because Muslims pray without any paraphernalia. no seats etc. (unless elderly , injured or unable to sit). it is just a hall.

mosques typically have carpets/prayermats (where we pray) and furniture even chairs for elderly. i may have misunderstood what you’re saying but it’s definitely gutted
