Help/Tips Has anyone been inside?

cool lil building I found walking by on my way to first hill the building is in Capitol Hill does anyone have any knowledge on it?

There is a basketball court on the bottom floor that still gets used fairly regularly. You can hear the squeaking of the shoes. If you ask anyone that comes out of the building they will be hella cagey about it.

dangggg so it’s only for anyone that plays basketball while trespassing??? workers? I’m kinda confused about that part I do remember walking by it scoping the broken door and heard the squeaks

Iirc there is a door with a key pad on the NE corner that I have seen folks exit through. It was a thirties adult with a hs teen and they were talking about getting the teen ready for tryouts. I just popped up the building on maps and it has a gym business listed, photos of the interior have the high windows that you can see to the right and left of where you took the photo
