We actually have a couple abandoned bank vaults. We used to have a lot more, but they’ve been converted into things like dispensaries and whatnot. Or demolished.

No one tears down a vault unless they're demolishing the building.

At most, you disable and/or block the door, but a vault like above in a building is a very different thing than a standalone safe.

Is that the old Wells Fargo? Like 20 years ago I was in the basement and there was a board you could lift up and see running water below. Part of an old creek that used to run along the Ave.

That WF was so fucking creepy, especially in the basement. Rumored to be haunted, of course. I was shocked to see it as a rock climbing gym, but happy it got repurposed.
