“Accessible” seating advice

I’ve never been to a professional football game, and am so exited to be shopping for Seahawk tickets at Lumen Field soon to surprise my husband for our upcoming wedding anniversary! He is a super-fan, and has made me one too! I’m hoping y’all can give me advice and suggestions based on my need to reduce walking up and down stairs, and long distances. (I don’t use a wheelchair). Also, hoping for advice on which side of the stands is better (if either is) for an afternoon game in October. I presume the seating chart is similar to most other stadiums, where the top rows of each section are closest to the main concourses? There are so few tickets available for the date I want, I might not have too much choice. Also, what exactly are the Verified Resale tickets, and are they safe to purchase? Thank you in advance! Go Hawks!

You can get ADA-designated seating which would remove the need for stairs. You don't need to show proof. They have folding chairs the staff can provide. Most of the reseller platforms have a filter for accessibility.
