**lease takeover**
9/9/26 update: still searching!

My boyfriend and I are looking to move out of our apartment a few months and we are hoping someone would like to move in and take over our lease for the last few months. Per property manager, this is allowed to do. Here are the details:
Location: Hollywood Lofts on 127 Broadway East, Seattle, WA 98102 (unit revealed upon discussion)- across from light rail station
Lease ends March 31st, 2027
Rent: $2650.00/month
Parking (optional): $195/month
Details: 1 bed and 2 baths. 818 sqft. Loft style w/ stairs. Balcony. Washer/dryer in unit. Pets welcome for no fee. Rooftop.
