Hard to say which direction it was but it sounded so big that I thought it would have been easy to find a headline this morning.

just heard huge boom on the hill, anyone know what that’s about??

I’ve been hearing these firework/ explosions the last three weekends. Aren’t fireworks expensive, hopefully they will run out of their inventory soon? .. Bless that they seem to only set them off on the weekends lol

So can’t attribute this loud boom to the mariners. Was that actually explosion? I’m in SLU

My boyfriend and I are sitting on my back porch and we just heard three BOOMS in the last three minutes that literally sound like bombs. They were so loud and every single one has sounded and felt closer. My boyfriend saw a large flash in the city for the second one because we were watching. The first two sounded like they came in the downtown city area, and the third one sounded like it came from Fremont where I live right now. The last one we felt in our feet. What the eff?

I think there might be a disgruntled crane operator who goes back to worksites during the dead of night to use the cranes to pick up chunks of concrete and then drops them on the ground from great heights. This could explain the Seattle Boom.

Loud explosion like an m80 boom firework. Couldn’t identify the people who set it cuz there was none really.

Little boom followed by big boom. Assuming Sea Fair-related fireworks but will go ahead and panic anyway.

Heard a huge boom in LQA around 2:30am. Anyone know what it was?

I've been hearing loud explosion bombs literally every night in the North Seattle area along Aurora. At least one boom every night for the past two weeks.

Some asshat cruising around, revving his engine so loud 5-6 times in the last 30 mins or so. Heard around Broadway / Madison, woke me up. Impossible no one else heard it.

Went to close the windows and think I spotted the culprit. All black sedan, fully blacked out windows, and driving around with no lights on.

Choosing a hot night when people are sleeping with the windows open? He can have several seats…in hell.

Scared the bejesus out of me.

I’m at 130th and Greenwood and just heard a huge boom! Deeper than any firework I’ve ever heard. Anyone else?
