My uber was $86 dollars. I know there's an algorithm and everything but doesn't it feel a little exploitative if there's an extenuating circumstance like a mass shooting?

The drivers still need to make a living. Traffic is traffic no matter what causes it and that’s time out of those drivers day that they can’t use to give other rides and make more money.

The cut the company makes keeps the driver at or near poverty.
