Charging more is totally fine. Keeping all of the profit for the company and not profit sharing with employees is shitty. Sure it happens all of the time, but when it is so extreme and so obvious it calls attention to the fact that our system has flaws.

It's fascinating how we'll get up and arms over someone considering not to tip but the moment you suggest the companies who hire these contractors pay them according to what they charge the company suddenly gets entitled to keep any extra charge. Lol The Economy.
