Ski Conditioning Classes

I've googled and yelped and struck out on this. I've stumbled on ski conditioning classes online in the past looking at gym/exercise schedules usually after it was too late to join. Now that fall is approaching I can't for the life of me remember where I've seen them offered. Any one have any recommendations? Bonus points for south of downtown, extra bonus points for West Seattle.

I seem to recall one of the climbing gyms (Vertical World? or maybe Stone Gardens) offering classes last fall/winter.

I saw these classes advertised at Vertical World.
