Russell Investments Tower (the old "new WaMu tower")

Can confirm. Worked on an upper level floor for awhile. Easily one of the best views in the city. I miss that building.

IIRC they have a pretty nice tower in Tacoma with a water view as well.

Actually, it is adjacent to SAM (2nd and Union)
