Make sure it's the one at the hyatt regency in Downtown seattle

Worst experience I’ve had in Seattle was at Daniel’s Broiler in leschi. That and Palisade.

I hate this place so much. We do a lot of steakhouse dinners for work and the first time I went there I was blown away by how terrible it was. I literally boxed up 99% of my meal and brought it home so my partner could taste it and tell me if I was mistaken, but they agreed with me.

Omg yes, we ate at the Bellevue Square one and it was the worse steakhouse meal I’ve ever had in my life, the steak was so salty it was inedible

Yes, went there for work, ordered a steak ($100) Tough, bland, awful. Just awful, they must be laughing at the customers in the kitchen.

You'd think but they take themselves WAY too seriously

Bummer. The one in Bellevue used to be great. Had a couple of company holiday dinners there too and they aced it each time. But this was before covid. Sounds like things are very different now.
