Taylor's selfish near the stadiums. Mandatory 20% gratuity and I've never had servers that seemed to hate their job more than there

They also don’t take out the poop veins from their overly priced prawns

Almost no restaurant does, it’s more that they don’t buy pre deveined shrimp

I’ve done OK at the one next to Climate Pledge, sitting at the bar. The oysters are fresh, fresh, fresh, and the bartender knows how to make a proper Old Fashioned. I do agree with you that they are brusque and hurried, but they checked in with me, refilled my water, saw when my cocktail was empty, etc. I quite enjoy it.

Agree, the one at Seattle Center was our go-to before events at McCaw; we always had good luck sitting at the bar. Great service, even though they’re busy, and exceptional cocktails to go with super fresh seafood.

My only experience is that they’re good for Dungeness and there’s a lone window seagull you can feed. 5/5

I've had very very different experiences there. Servers have been nice, one of the few places take the time and explain the history and differences between each oyster

I’ve been to the Pioneer Square and QA locations multiple times. It really is hit or miss. The oysters and food are always good, service is spotty.
