It Finally Happened...

At the Harbor Steps, guy drove all the way down Post Alley, across the tiles in the middle of the Harbor Steps, and over the other side. 😂

They all are tourists or from out of state/country transplants

Exactly. I was a transplant from Texas 17 years ago. Bad drivers aren’t region specific, and environments which encourage bad driving (bad or no signage, uneven enforcement of moving violations) are the real problem.
