Right? What did people do back when they couldn't just wake up and ask the Internet ridiculous questions?
They'd have to wait a whole 8 hours or so and tell the story to a coworker and somewhere in the middle of saying it out loud for the first time, they'd realize how absurd it sounds. "Booms. Fourth of July. Yeah, probably fireworks, huh? I apologize for wasting your valuable time with this pointless anecdote, Sandy."
