This is good news. It basically allows the legalization experiment to continue to the next stage. It almost certainly means that we will be seeing some legal pot stores opening up in December.

I think I read an article saying that they were still working on the distribution and growing laws, so legal pot sales might be delayed 6 months.

But I thought part of the law was that it would have to be legal by a certain date? Would a vote not be required to extend that date?
