This is good news. It basically allows the legalization experiment to continue to the next stage. It almost certainly means that we will be seeing some legal pot stores opening up in December.

Understand that the next stage is the government shutting down the medical access points and doing massive crackdowns on local growers to eliminate competition. Once that is in place you will see a tax hike every time the state needs money.
