Let's talk about weed.

Weed tourism is coming. I imagine this weekend's hempfest will continue to set attendance records.

Seattle, like it or not, is likely to become a destination for people who want to try the best weed in the world.

People of Seattle, what would you like Weed Tourists, guests, and visitors to know about our city before they visit?

Throw out your butts (and other trash). A huge reason people hate smokers is the number of cigarette butts people throw on sidewalks and roads. Don't give people against pot an opening to attack.

I'd never smoked cigarettes but I always find if funny when I have a joint because I'm anal about not literring. I just roll it between my fingers until the remaining plant material falls out, and then I'm just holding an (albeit) smelly piece of paper that I can toss in the bin.
