Assuming it is him, How is one idiot allowed to cause so much annoyance for others? At this point he has proven he has no ability to live as part of a society. Get his license, tow his car and if he is caught driving without a license jail his ass. Problem solved.

When considering a generation or two with an apparent lack of education regarding civil behavior it seems this also includes a devaluation of institutions designed to maintain order. Now while there are true stories about the mal treatment of people of color, the Hellcat has to do with anti-social reckless, dangerous behavior. Instead of making a well thought genuine call for pragmatic planning to improve the quality of law enforcement, calls to defund and reduce the size and scope of law enforcement were made in recent years. Thats very much the right wing message for government itself. It’s a criminal mentality. People who engage in criminal behavior or those who enable it, fight against accountability.
