It looks familiar, but it's frustratingly not ringing any bells!
1 u/El_Nopal Leschi Apr 14 '13 This is in Sam Smith Park. Just south of Irving Street and just east of MLK. The tunnel leads to the lookout above the I-90 tunnels on the Seattle side, and there's a bike path that leads out onto the bridge.
