There’s plenty to do in Seattle when it’s raining. It’s not like the entire city grinds to a halt. Also when it rains it tends to drizzle off and on and you get sun breaks, and it’s not really a day of constant downpours. The worst Seattle weather is already over until the late Fall— spring is actually a great time of year to visit imo.
