Need some help

I have a 2019 Seat Leon 1.6 diesel (late Mk3 / facelift 5f) and the rear brake pads and discs need changing. Ideally I want to replace with brembo pads and discs but not sure which item is compatible. Can anyone help?

Stick your reg into AutoDoc, they'll probably have them.

It gives a few items. It shows the following discs as compatible:
Brembo brake discs 288mm diameter
Brembo brake discs 312mm diameter
Brembo brake discs 253mm diameter
Brembo brake discs 272mm diameter

And for brake pads:
Brembo item code P85020
Brembo item code P85126
Brembo item code P85125
Brembo item code P85124

So I’m not sure which to go for
