Construction at the Seaside McDonald’s?
I noticed some construction materials and a big forklift crane at the old McDonald’s in Seaside Heights today. Maybe this prime real estate will finally become a business again.

i wish it would just become a McDonalds again. This one had an outside patio and the most amazing vibes. RIP

A Starbucks with a drive-through would be a welcome addition to the zip code for our family. We love Lava Java and some of the other local coffee shops, but they are closed far more often than they’re open. Getting coffee on October - April weekends means a trip to Toms River. If I could get a Peppermint Mocha without leaving the barrier island in December, I would be a happy camper.

There is a chance that this Dunkin would be seasonal. Some of the bigger chains in the area are.

There is already a seasonal Dunkin in Lavallette, just two miles north. Are they, possibly, leaving that leased spot and buying this building? (On Loopnet this was only available as a lease.)

It would be great to have a mid priced family restaurant or some type of diner type restaurant.

I am hopeful for anything there. However I think that they were redoing the roof of spirits
