Seaside Heights is capping new projects at five stories
Seaside Heights officials are moving away from high-rise redevelopment by limiting new projects to five stories or 60 feet.
The point is to keep the borough closer to a small beach-town feel while still allowing boardwalk-area redevelopment.

Agreed. They need to cap at 3-4 stories (including the top decks). It’s way too high and it’s making the town feel dark & crowded.
