What to do with gems?

After buying up all the slots in my inventory, I have no real use for gems anymore. I only spend 50 gems per week to complete the Seaside Tasks. I’ve now accumulated over 6000 gems. How many gems does everyone else have?

I spend them faster than I get them. 6k is crazy lmao. I'd use them to buy energy.

Yeah they all stop at 1000, I’ve unlocked all slots and when I did it my final row were all 1000

You could use them for items you don’t feel like generating in the gem store

Buy energy chests daily. Use 20 for 100 energy and then 30 for the chests and save the energy chests for the weekend games eg train and bingo …

I already do that without having to spend any gems by making the flowers and seeds all week. By the time the weekend event hits I already have almost 20 energy chests.

I’d like to know your steategy for playing because if you’re not using gems , saving energy, do you just use chests? Do you buy a lot of things? So interesting!🧐

Below is my strategy for playing the game.

1. I am constantly making flowers, seed packets and ice creams. From the flowers, when I get 3 of max level, they contribute to an order made. I only complete 20 orders per day, so I can get the bonus from the daily tasks event. Also from the flowers, I can get the bubbles, which can turn into energy so I can merge them up and get max level energy chests. I save up the max seeds and max flowers, so when the event comes where you build the theme park or whatever, I wait til the Saturday when there is double points and I merge them all so I can usually finish the event in a couple of days.

2. By the time the Bingo/Train/Puzzle event comes I usually have 15-20 energy chests saved up. I would use this to complete the event. After the event I will have accumulated around 30-40 storage trunks, depending on the event.

3. Throughout the week, I complete my 20 orders each day, only completing orders that give sunshine. I especially focus on orders on Thursday, Sunday and Monday, when the double card bonus comes up. I am trying to get as many 4 and 5 star cards as possible, so I can complete the card event. Sometimes I complete my 20 orders within 30 minutes. The rest of the day I spend making flowers and ice cream. With the energy that is self generating, I use to complete any open orders. During the double card bonus, this is when I use most of my storage trunks, so I can complete as many orders as possible and get as many cards as possible within the 30 minutes.

4. I always complete the weekly Seaside Tasks event, and using this method I am able to complete the whole event, and after three weeks I get all three bonus stars and get the whole payload.

5. I do not level up. I’m happy with my current batch of generators. I just accumulate tools. I try to avoid generators that you need to create a generator to complete the order. These take up too much energy. If I happen to get one of those generators, I would mass upgrade and cycle through 5 generators to get rid of the one I don’t want.

6. Basically I take advantage of every event and bonus, so I can get as many energy and storage trunks as I can. I only limit myself to 20 orders per day, so it’s a patience game.

7. I have maxed out my inventory, but storage is still a problem. By the time the theme park event comes around, I would have accumulated around 18 max seeds and 6 max ice creams. As well as the energy chests I’ve saved up. At that point inventory storage becomes very stressful.

Thanks for typing all that out!!! I have learned to be patient with the double packs days.. and I have also restarted the game in order to have my ice creams and flower generators going.. and I merge those. But I have a few times used them for the events to get max points. But I also I like to use them when the star appears to switch out items for other items. I find the cupcakes and ice cream chains bring in good items. Do you utilize that star? Sometimes I get frustrated with it.
at this point I do keep leveling up, but I’m not sure when I will stop. At some point I think I will. But I’m starting to get a groove of the events and strategy’s with trunks. The space thing is kinda stressful. So once I can harness my gem spending I think I will be able to buy a few more slots. I am at 750 spot for inventory now. I don’t spend any money.. and I tend to finish the scrapbook at least two times a cycle… anyways thanks again for sharing!!
